Donnie Bass
Donald Boyd "Donnie" Bass, Sr., 68, passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2016, in Wendell, NC, where he lived. He was born May 29, 1947, in Guilford County to the late Dee Bee Bass and Ruth Brown Bass.
Surviving are his wife Rowena Wood Bass; daughter, Tasha Bass of Pilot, NC; son, Donald Boyd Bass Jr., of Wendell.

Sorry to hear about Donnie. He was a very kind & nice person. I remember his red 57 Chevy in high school & going to the drag strip with him so he could race it. We lost touch after high school & i often wondered what happened to him. I always hoped he would come to the reunions. He was a good friend. RIP Donnie
